HCG has performed its audit services under two contractual modes: contingency audits and time and material audits. 

Under contingency audits, HCG splits the identified annualized savings and refunds on a 75%-25% basis with the client.  In this approach, other than the cost of site travel, there is no inherent risk for the client.

In order to perform the Network Audit Project in the most effective and efficient manner, Hubbard Communications Group, Inc. upon contract signing would begin to populate the database in the first sixty days.  This activation period provides adequate time to assemble all Customer documentation, populate the database and to schedule site visits.
