HCG has developed a relational database in Microsoft Access for use with each client. All telecommunications services that are billed to the client are entered into this database. The database undergoes continuous updates and revisions based on each client's project requirements. The typical project's reporting structure is usually on a per site basis. We provide a number of standard reports which can be easily modified to suit the client.
